PanaHom ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PanaHom mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the App.

Your chat messages and property data are visible to other members of the same property within the App.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers.

We do not serve personalized advertisements to users identified as children under 13. In compliance with COPPA, we do not condition a child's participation in any activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings:
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@soulsoft.co.kr. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
